M.2 PCIe NVMe 3.0
The mainstream NVMe tier for industrial motherboards, edge controllers and AI boxes. Designed into new machines, supplied for the long run.
Will it fit your board?
Three questions, each under a minute. Any one of them can rule this drive out — better to find that out here than after the goods ship.
1 Does your M.2 socket support NVMe?
2 How long is your M.2 slot?
3 What kind of writes will the drive see?
M.2 SATA and M.2 NVMe look identical but are not interchangeable. If your socket is SATA-mode, the matching part is the M.2 SATA series.
PCIe 3.0 x4 NVMe — up to 3,100 MB/s
3,100 MB/s sequential read, 3,000 MB/s sequential write — around six times the throughput of a SATA SSD at the same capacity.
Theoretical lane bandwidth for PCIe 3.0 x4 is about 3.9 GB/s; real drives reach 2,000–3,500 MB/s. See the PCIe 4.0 series

Common Questions About M.2 NVMe SSDs
Answers to the questions that come up most often before an order. Don’t see yours? Ask us — a datasheet and quote follow within 24 hours.
What is the difference between M.2 NVMe and M.2 SATA?
They share the same 22 mm card format but not the same wiring, and the speed gap is five to six times. This series runs over PCIe 3.0 x4 at up to 3,100 MB/s; an M.2 SATA drive is capped by the SATA protocol at 600 MB/s whoever makes it. The keying differs as well — M.2 SATA carries a B&M key and fits both socket types, while this NVMe drive needs an M.2 socket wired for PCIe. Which one your design needs is decided by the board, not by the drive: send us the board model and we will confirm it.
Which controllers do you use?
Standard PCIe 3.0 x4 builds run DRAM-less controllers from four vendors — SMI 2263XT, Maxio MAP1202, Yeestor 9205 and Realtek 5766. Other schemes, including Innogrit and Hosin, are available on request. DRAM-less is the normal choice at this tier and suits read-heavy and small-block workloads. If you already design to a specific controller, give us the part number and we will build to it.
Which NAND flash vendors do you use?
We build with NAND from the major original manufacturers: Micron, Intel, Samsung, SK Hynix, SanDisk, Kioxia (formerly Toshiba) and YMTC. The grade, the controller and the endurance rating are stated in the specification for every order, so nothing about the build is left implicit. Tell us the grade or the endurance your design calls for and we will quote to it.
What TBW rating can we expect?
With TLC NAND the standard ratings run from 40 TBW at 128 GB up to 640 TBW at 2 TB — endurance scales with capacity. The exact figure depends on the controller and NAND grade chosen for your order, so it is confirmed at quotation. If your specification calls for a specific TBW or DWPD, tell us the number and we will match the scheme to it.
What warranty do you offer?
Three years on this series, stated in the specification and in the quotation for every order. If your purchasing process requires particular warranty terms — replacement handling, or a clause written into the supply agreement — raise it at enquiry stage and we will confirm in writing what can be committed.
Can you do OEM — our logo and our packaging?
Yes. We put your logo on the drive label and supply in your own branded packaging, and firmware, capacity naming and box artwork can be customized on the same order. MOQ is 50 pieces, samples ship in 7–10 days and production runs 10–15 days. Send us your logo files and the specification you need, and the datasheet and quote come back within 24 hours.
